Maddie got to go to the national tourette's camp this year. She had a great time and plans on going back next year. She was able to raise the $499 tuition all on her own going to local business and asking for donations - she also raised $180 for the scholarship fund.
This year she was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Odd because she has all the symptoms of Graves - not Hoshi's. So we took a kid that was already acting hyper thyroid and made her more hyper when we brought the thyroid levels up. Poor kid. The TS tics went crazy bringing up they thyroid so she is maxed out on her TS meds - but they are working so the tics aren't to bad.
She is love, love, loving junior high school. She tried out for the drums and made the cut. Only two girls were chosen so she was totally pumped.

Chloe is doing fantastic. 2nd grade and reads at a upper 4th grade level. She started piano this year and is doing great with it. Loves to play and sing along. TG her piano playing is better then her singing. LOL It is cute to hear her though because she tries so hard and she thinks she has a beautiful voice. It's actually not that she has a bad voice but she can't match the tone of the notes yet - so she is way off key. I'm sure she'll get better with practice.
